Actually my wife is pretty speedy too...relative to the other swim team women. We often gather for bagels after Saturday morning practice. I have time to fit in a 30-minute gym workout after swimming, shower, change and STILL beat most of our female members to breakfast.
They're busy with the far more interesting women's locker room chat.
I will admit to making an effort to be more girly lately. I have a tendency to wear gym attire 24/7 and I'm trying to reform. But I just can't use up 45 minutes of my day for primping!
