No one ever revealed the entire story behind Marsh's departure...interesting that Quick was brought in mid-season...takes the rains...and now we see the results...so...one more year or is he gone after this season?

Historically, college coaches that place in the top 3 at the NCAAs hold on to their jobs until for whatever reason, they and management "find a mutual" solution and leave.
College coaches at the top of their game rarely.... if ever.... give up their job to go back to the ranks of US swimming where they had to earned their credentials.
Davids departure is uncharacteristic to say the least.
