  • ok, thanks ill try it today. I dont have any problem swimming short distances but after a few laps i get really tired and i cant swim a 100 yard in 1:40 any more. So i guess i should just try some breathing exercises too. Sounds like endurance, which takes time to acquire, and possibly slowing down so you can get the feel of continuous swimming (or swimming shorter distances faster, or both). Endurance would also be useful for rowing the boat out to body, swimming one-handed back to shore while dragging the body, performing CPR, and dealing with customer issues. :drown: Regards, VB
