I managed to break my toe this weekend and honest to god, as I was sitting on the stairs, in the dark, cursing :rant3:whatever I had tripped over, all I could think of was -how am I going to swim? I did this 2 years ago(kicked the stupid ladder on the side of the pool-while trying to make room for another swimmer- and caught my little toe) and I had to stop swimming for a couple of weeks.:toohurt: Is there something I can tape my toes with that won't come off when wet?

Go to the drugstore and buy some waterproof bandages and/or tape. I shredded a piece off my toe last year (on the ladder) and had to tape it for a few weeks to keep it from flopping around. I tried all the different types of waterproof bandages, but the stuff that worked the best was the good old fashioned white sticky tape that the lifeguards had. You should be able to use that to tape your toes together. It's the kind that comes in a round metal tin.
