Just wondering: we recently purchased team suits from agon swim. The result was a logo that you can barely see. Part of the problem was that we chose a black suit with a deep maroon colored logo.
Since this was our first time ordering suits, I would have thought that Agon would have had some production folks who would have raised a question with our order -- not so!!:mad:
Agon does't feel that have any responsiblities here. I feel they could use a understanding the value of 'good customer satisfaction'.
Can anyone comment on a good swim suit company ?
Or has anyone else experienced similiar problems?

thanks everyone.
Although Agon might be able to do their suits cheaper overseas... if they do not know the first thing about satisfying customers then they will have to learn the hard way.
I would never do business with them again.
It was my understanding that they provided web support to help with facilitating the ordering process. I assigned the suits ordering to a member of my team.... so we were in it too deep to turn back when I learned that they did not help by puting up a web page that would do all the ordering, payments, and shipping via one's credit card.
And I will add that agon did send us a trial suit package... but who sends someone an assortment of suits and for men, gives a drag suit for a size 32 suit. This suit easily slid on me (size 38). My guess was that they actually tagged the suit incorrectly. When I ordered a size 38, the suit was HUGE. Obviously, I made the wrong assumption.
Anyone who really understands the business would have included in the try on package men's suits that were either jammers, or 'speedo' style suits in the smaller sizes, and then added in some drag suits in the larger sizes. I just thought agon did a poor job at this too. By the way, no flyer in with the suits that would have explained that the suits tend to run big.
They just don't have what it takes. what more can I say ?
miserable experience. And what can you say from a company (small) who's president won't actually speak to the customer. What are they so afraid of ? unbelievable !:(
