Purchasing Team suits: Good source vs. Bad source

Just wondering: we recently purchased team suits from agon swim. The result was a logo that you can barely see. Part of the problem was that we chose a black suit with a deep maroon colored logo. Since this was our first time ordering suits, I would have thought that Agon would have had some production folks who would have raised a question with our order -- not so!!:mad: Agon does't feel that have any responsiblities here. I feel they could use a understanding the value of 'good customer satisfaction'. Can anyone comment on a good swim suit company ? Or has anyone else experienced similiar problems?

...they actually admitted that nobody had checked the job when it arrived at their nashville site from overseas! "From overseas"? That explains how they're able to produce their products for a reasonable price. Agon provides a product that is different from most of the others I've seen. From their catalog and the suits that I've seen in person, it looks like they are actually dyeing the fabric with the custom design, then cutting and sewing the swimsuits from that fabric. The result is truly a one-of-a-kind suit. The other "team" suits that I have seen use an already-made suit (such as Speedo) and then apply a silkscreened logo. I've seen them with logos on the chest (women's suits) or on the butt. The disadvantage of doing this is that the logo is probably going to eventually peel off. With Agon's custom-dyed fabric, that's not an issue. I always wondered how Agon was able to produce their custom fabrics. Apparently they "outsource" that part of the operation. Anna Lea
