Well it is my junior year at high school and swim season is over, but I'm still looking forward to swimming below :58.0 (finally) in my 100 *** next year.
I thought it would be a good idea-getting an FS-Pro-since a great deal of breaststroke is spent in a streamlined position. Plus, I wanted the other seniors (which make up the medley relay) to match at regionals and hopefully, state.
I've been told you need the highest amount of friction available on your inner leg surfaces, and the least amount of knee constriction. But I've also heard it isn't so bad swimming breaststroke with a full leg covering, and the increased average velocity from your improved streamline outweighs this disadvantage.
I'm starting to wonder why the Pro knee skin was only made for women. Ya'll don't like to wear those do you?

I started wearing the legskin after I saw Ed Moses wear it years ago, and I've never gone back to the jammer. Personal preference, mostly. It's just very important to make sure you get the suit on right; if you don't, it feels very awkward to bend your knee. If it's properly positioned though it feels great.
