Yup as simple as that...take what you're eating and doing now, but just shave off a few seconds from each interval and get back to me...

Amen to that Donna. I never ate yesterday evening thinking I'd be at the pool by 6:30, and then unluckily my wife was delayed getting home so I couldn't leave for my swim. When she got home I was begining to feel dizzy (no kidding) and I knew at this point I didn't have time to eat before swimming, and couldn't swim on empty...so I had to skip.
I can't eat before swimming either, but when I get up in the mornings I need something. Try eating just some bread or something light like that. I find, and read, that this will help. Of course you don't need to eat bread, but this is what I've found to work the best for me.
