Swim faster to slim down

Yup as simple as that...take what you're eating and doing now, but just shave off a few seconds from each interval and get back to me... ;)

    The worst thing you can do is not eat! That kills your metabolism and throws you into starvation mode where your body tries to store anything it gets because it is not getting enough. Try eating 6 small meals about 3 hours apart. I would recommend starting with a protein, carbohydrate and vegetable in each meal to begin. Use the size of your palm for measurement of your amounts of food. I find Boost high protein shakes are a quick convenient thing for before or after practice. good luck Amen to that Donna. I never ate yesterday evening thinking I'd be at the pool by 6:30, and then unluckily my wife was delayed getting home so I couldn't leave for my swim. When she got home I was begining to feel dizzy (no kidding) and I knew at this point I didn't have time to eat before swimming, and couldn't swim on empty...so I had to skip.
