Yup as simple as that...take what you're eating and doing now, but just shave off a few seconds from each interval and get back to me...

Easier said than done. I guess I would have to double my swim time, right now, to see some weight loss. I usually swim one full hour in training, with coach, thrice weekly. The other days I goof off at the pool and try and do at least 1,000 meters, sometimes more. When I was running, at least 6 miles daily with long runs on weekends up to 10-14 miles, I still had trouble losing weight, I just kept my weight in the 210 area. Now it has gone up to 226. I have started, once more, a weight lifting program to augment my caloric debt. I hardly eat at all. You know there are three consummate liars: the drunk, the smoker and the fat guy. I only have a couple of drinks a day, I hardly ever smoke, just a few puffs, and I hardly ever eat...get back to you later after two months of weights plus swimming...billy fanstone
