I see a lot of forum members from my general area and am wondering if any of you are going to the meet in Richmond on February 9 and 10. I feel like I almost know some of you even though all I really know about you is whether or not you feel like Dara Torres is doping and what your swimming pet peeves are.
(Or maybe it is cowardice, I always get so confused on that point.)

I am right there with you. I have been swimming for slightly over a year now and signed up for the 500 since I can't seem to break 30 for the 50 anything. I also signed up for the 200 br, the 200 fr and the 50 fr. This is the meet where I finally break :30. My flip turns are somewhat reliable and I seem to be able to swim :32s and :33s in practice with a push off.
Congratulations on your record setting performances in December. One of the guys I swim with watched you swim.
I am looking forward to this meet since I have not competed since the GMU Sprint Meet.
