What are your 2008 Swimming New Years Resolutions?
What have you been procrastinating?
Mine are to:
1) lose weight (go from 215 to 205 or better) and
2) do a few more SDK's on hard swims when I'm tired

I am a lot older than most people here and don't swim competatively so am not trying to beat times that would never be possible for me. I am a 58 year old woman who swims for fitness and over the past 5 years since I began to swim again it has made a huge impact on my fitness level, success on losing weight and how I look and feel.
My goal for 2008 are to lose the last 10 pounds, improve my very, very slow flutter kick, improve my free style speed, and put more variety in my swim workout which generally lasts 90 mins.
