Does anyone here go under 1:02 ish? if so, can u tell me how it felt different from before when you were slower? Like what changes did you make and wut did u notice? EDIT: haha i meant short course yards. but there are long course yards.

I'd like to suggest that you start timing your 100 kicks and 100 pulls. When you can set some intervals that are constant, you can begin experimenting in an effort to reduce your times. I could kick and pull a 50 in the low 30's (30 point) but could never break a minute. Timining is critical but I think concentrating on improving 100 kick and pull times is the ticket. Be sure that you keep everything at a constant (no pulling on kick sets and no kicking on pull sets). Try to improve your EVF, sculling and work on getting those hands up super fast. Streamlining off walls with a great fly kick must be a focal point as well. A lot to do and little time to do it, but such is life. Good luck young man! Coach T.
