Hello,
There are so many swimming DVDs out there, and they're not exactly cheap so I thought I'd ask in this forum before buying one. I'm looking to improve my freestyle, butterfly, and breastroke. It has recently come to my attention that I drop my elbow in free and don't have a great catch, and I'd like to correct this. Also, I still do the "flat" style breastroke from 20 years ago and haven't gotten the hang of the "wave" style yet. Can anyone recommend suitable DVDs? How about the Go Swim series? Or, the ones from Auburn?
To give you an idea of my level, I do a 55:00 100 SCY free, 59:00 100 SCY fly, and 1:11 100 SCY *** and I'm in my 30s.
Thanks,
Josh

Personally I'm old school, and I like books with pictures. Like, oh, I don't know... Get Wet, Get Fit that is coming out beginning of next year. I hear that's a great instructional tool =)
