Food for swimming

Well I have been reading through all of these posts and they are extremely informative on the swimming aspect, but was wondering if anyone has any recommendations/recipes for some great swimming food? Was thinking a nice chicken stir fry over rice. Not going on a diet and don't think I am dedicated enough to do the 6 small meals per day thing, just a regular 3 meals a day *** that pretty much cut out fast foods since I began 3 weeks ago. Also, is it more important to have a meal before or after a workout? I always seem to be hungry coming out of the pool after a workout regardless of eating an hour before. Thanks in advance

Katie: Swap a yogurt drink with a Probiotic for the V-8. I mix it up, but I love V-8 and can't tolerate Tomato Juice. Go figure.:dunno: Bloody Mary's not a bad substitute for a post workout meal. :drink::groovy:
