where are Nationals in 2009?

CZ = Same issues as nationally - only one bid every year. Why is that? Too difficult logistically to host the meet? Not profitable enough? Can't get pool time? All of these? GMU is lucky enough to have a very helpful college team and a dedicated team of USA-PV officials that volunteer their time.
