Hi there, first time posting, just found out about this wonderful forum. I learned about French girl Laure Manaudou using a 2 beat kick to swim 400m. But the clip on youtube is too fast i couldn't figurt out which leg kicks goes with which stroking arm. Does anybody know? Is it the opposite leg kick with the stroking arm? Or is it the same side? Thanks.

Look at this animated clip made by the japanese. I think the woman illustrated in the film won a medal in the olympics for Japan. Anyhow the clips clearly shows the timing of the kicks. Great computer generated animation. The japanese are really something.
