Hi there, first time posting, just found out about this wonderful forum. I learned about French girl Laure Manaudou using a 2 beat kick to swim 400m. But the clip on youtube is too fast i couldn't figurt out which leg kicks goes with which stroking arm. Does anybody know? Is it the opposite leg kick with the stroking arm? Or is it the same side? Thanks.

I actually think you did the right think by accident :-)
I watched Manaudou's video more carefuly this time, i think you're supposed to do a kick and arm stroke on the same side, not the opposite.
