If she is really banned before it runs the course I feel she will have some great civil action to take to court against the medication maufacturer or even the Olympic Committee.

Don't you first think she will have to explain why she was taking a medicine that is not available in the USA, that she doesn't have a condition requiring and that is on the banned list of drugs? Lets skip over all the obvious questions and instead talk about her suing, the last act of a desperate individual.
