Dara just one the national title in the 100M Freestyle in 54.4 at the ripe old age of 40. Simply Incredible. :applaud: :woot:
If that's not inspiring I don't know what is.
Most 40-45 year old women do not have the TIME that Dara puts into her training hence that is reflected in the age group times. Dara's job is her training, not her modeling, not her child(I am sure there is a nanny). I don't know too many women in this age group who can spend that time working out, they have jobs, kids(without nannies), volunteer work, and usually are exhausted and an hour or 2 in the pool a few days a week is tops they can make. So comparing Dara to people who are not pro-swimmers is not a good comparison.
