Sorry, disagree here. No matter what science and technology advance to, there are no absolutes, so there will always be doubt.

I disagree with that. Consider the technology that detects THC in peoples blood, hair and urine. Consider DNA testing that has both led to the execution of felons as well as the freeing of those who were wrongly accused. I mean, perhaps you are a doubter, but there is really no argument with certain things scientific. And it seems likely that one day in the not so distant future, science will advance to a degree where it can be determined that these swims are either clean or not.
