Dara just one the national title in the 100M Freestyle in 54.4 at the ripe old age of 40. Simply Incredible. :applaud: :woot:

In the April 2008 issue of Prevention magazine there is an 1 page article/interview with Dara (pg. 57) and a great photo of her. Lookin' good!
