Dara just one the national title in the 100M Freestyle in 54.4 at the ripe old age of 40. Simply Incredible. :applaud: :woot:

In light of John Smith's recently posted photo of Dara I wanted to quote rtodd's earlier post for posterity!
I don't think she's as buff as the chick on the front of our local Pennysaver who is 42 and does martial arts...I'll try to dig up a pic.
