George do you think that effective police are effective by committing crimes themselves before playinig for the good guys? I thought perhaps being around criminals, studying case history, following procedures and the law are what make the majority effective.
You're entitled to your thoughts but if you think others have knowledge through self use say so (no names) but don't cage it in a question to a 3rd part so that it doesn't appear to be casting monkey poo.
Even if others are using, at the USMS level that's their physioligical lookout...
You are probably right stud. I was walking the beat one night and a school friend who had taken the wrong path asked me to stand guard while he broke into stores. He said he would share the lute with me. I told him don't do it on my beat. I was brought up in a neighbour hood of murderers, mafia, and general bad guys. My friend was the enforcer for the mafia. One of my best friends in grade school was the shooter for the enforcer. My neighbour was a heroin dealer. Most of the girls I went to school with ended up as heroin addicts and in the profession.
I was lucky my mother and father made us go to the swimpool and made us join the swim club.
