George do you think that effective police are effective by committing crimes themselves before playing for the good guys? I thought perhaps being around criminals, studying case history, following procedures and the law are what make the majority effective.
You're entitled to your thoughts but if you think others have knowledge through self use say so (no names) but don't cage it in a question to a 3rd party so that it doesn't appear to be casting monkey poo.
Even if others are using, at the USMS level that's their physiological lookout...
