Dara just one the national title in the 100M Freestyle in 54.4 at the ripe old age of 40. Simply Incredible. :applaud: :woot: If that's not inspiring I don't know what is.

Dara Torres just lowered the US record for 50 meter SC free from 24.21 to 23.87 at a European meet. Also, Sweden's Stefan Nystrand lowered 100m sc free World record from 46.25 to 45.83. Reactions? It was at the Berlin Leg of the Fina/Arena World Cup. I knew about Dara Torres going 23.87 for the 50m. (She really is amazing isn't she?)
