I am visiting Quebec this weekend and hoping someone might have advice abotu someplace to swim.
We're staying at the Fontenac (?) so I'd love a place close to there, but really, any recommendations would be great.

Laval University, a 10 minute drive from the Old City, has a wonderful facility with lap times several times a day for a fee of seven Canadian dollars. It is, I think, a 50 meter pool and is set up for 25 yards (across) and 25 meters lap swimming.
