  • WOW.... Floswimming filmed EVERY heat of the 100 IM! Next best thing to being there! Actually, I really enjoy the interviews even more than the swimming. A great resource.
  • OMG, the swimming today was SO fast. Just some highlights Josh Davis - 50.26 100 IM William Liscinsky - 48.82 100 IM Josh Davis - 1:36.56 200 Free Paul Smith - 1:43.79 200 Free Michael Ross - 1:38.94 200 Free And way too many others to keep track of. The typical cast of characters all swam lots of PBs. My original plan was swim 100 IM go back to the hotel and rest and come back for the 100 Back but I was having SOOOOOO much fun watching, cheering, meeting new folks, talking to friends, counting, taking splits, etc. Wow, what a blast. I sit here completely gassed and I have such a smile on my face as I think back on the day. Wow, what fun. Man, this meet has soooo many fast swimmers. Paul

    Next best thing to being there! Actually, I really enjoy the interviews even more than the swimming. A great resource. I haven't watched very many interviews yet but what I've seen has been good. Except it's disgusting that Josh Davis can swim 3,000 yards/week and go that fast. The Rich Abrahams interview was good, too, and the GoodSmith interview was funny.

    I just watched the "Doughboys" and the follow-up "Dough Crib" interviews... They're good ones...

    I agree. Getting a perspective from the elite masters swimmers is really interesting and inspiring. Hearing how they train, and what kind of mindset they have towards competition makes for a great interview. No doubt many younger swimmers will look at these times and be awed. The results and new records set this year were outstanding.

  • This event has been the most incredible Masters meet I've ever seen, full of extraordinary people and mind-boggling swimming. Kudos to the hosts for running a top-notch event! Couldn't agree more! Unbelievable swimming and unbelievable swimmers. I finished swimming at 2:30 and stayed to watch until 7:30, then dined with friends. The 200 free was amazing -- but where was evil Smith in lane 8?! He must not like outside lanes. ;
