Stupid question: where to buy (retail) men's swimming briefs

I have been to Sports Authority and a variety of surf shops and haven't had any luck.
A few years ago I bought some at Macy's at the mall, but they were some weird brand... I'd like to find a place that just sells standard Speedo briefs.
The only walk-in shops that I've found have been either a Dunham's or an MC Sporting Goods. Limited selection but a few anyway. Not sure if you have them in your locale but you can check it out.
