Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts? I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great. The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form. Well done!!

  • I agree it can be a confusing statement. The anchor points are the point where you transition from catch to pull. At that point you have anchoered your hands and are pulling your body past them. That nomenclature is used to emphasize that we are pulling our bodies through the water as opposed to pulling our hands through the water.As seen from the side,the hands should not move back(much.)
