Breaststroke Pullouts

Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts? I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great. The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form. Well done!!

Thanks,I'm not sure why anyone would want to swim open water underwater,except that most of breaststroke is underwater each stroke.
