Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts?
I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great.
The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form.

On the subject of Swimmer,did anyone else notice the error in the 5 fast facts. They said free is any stroke but fly,back and ***. That only applies to Medleys so that 4 distict strokes are swum. Free events are just that,free,any stroke goes. Here is a question for the rule wonks,does the 15M underwater rule apply to open water events?
