Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts?
I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great.
The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form.

Breaststroke has always been controlled by the rules, so you need to read them, and use them to your advantage.
Both butterfly and breaststroke turns can be slightly faster (0ne to two tenths) by touching with one hand lower than the other. Just make sure you touch both at the same time.
