Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts?
I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great.
The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form.

Unfortunately, I've only seen the PDF version. We still haven't received it in the mail yet and I think that Chris is going to storm the Post Office if it doesn't show up soon!
