Breaststroke Pullouts

Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts? I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great. The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form. Well done!!

I haven't seen the article yet, either. I want to see if Chris uses the word umpah!! :drink:
