Any comments on the latest USMS Swimmer magazine and Nadine Day's pullouts?
I for one thought the entire 5 pages were excellent, all the tips great.
The photos are very clear, and Nadine has great form.

Great article...the Anchor points tip is helping me get a much better dolphin kick in.
Starts, turns and pullouts still cost me a lot of time.
