You guys are getting the results online faster than we are getiing them at the meet! There is some very fast swimming happening today.
I actually finished my 100 fly with both arms attached! Yeah.:groovy: I was last in my heat by a lot of seconds, but I didn't have any pain. Now I can say that I swam at Nationals. No one at work needs to know how bad it looked.

You are my hero!!!!!!!!!!!:notworthy:
Jeff Commings did a another record this afternoon. 55.85 in the 100 ***. :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
That was such an amazing swim!!
I can't believe how fast people were going at this meet!!! It was so much fun to watch!
To think I was happy with my 100 fly time, until Jeff beat it... in the 100 ***! :notworthy:
There were some scary-fast swims from Jeff, Gary Marshall, and Erik Scalise. Some of their swims were the fastest I've seen in person (ESPN and YouTube do not count). It was also very impressive to watch Dennis Baker, Jeff Farrell, Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen, Susan Von Der Lippe, Laura Val, and so on breaking records left and right.
