Anybody here ever used breaststroke fins? What do you think of them. Thanks.

I love swim toys, and my BS stinks, so I got the Speedo fins. I did not notice any added stress on my knees, but i did feel like they threw off the timing of my stroke.
Yes, they have helped to correct & imporve my BS kick technique. One of the team breaststrokers tried them and called them "rocket jets". They really do move a lot of water if used properly. This is where I run into trouble. Moving more water on the kick slows down my stroke turnover (it feels like I glide too long) and messes with my timing. Did I mention my BS stinks?
Bottom line--love them for kick sets. Definitely helping to improve my kick. Recommend borrowing a pair to test out before laying out $50 bucks though. If looking to buy, try swimoutlet.com when they are in stock they are reasonably priced. (Got mine for $35)
