Anybody here ever used breaststroke fins? What do you think of them. Thanks.
I tried them for 2 laps and I hated them! They seemed to really put a lot of stress on my knees. If you have any kind of knee problems, I wouldn't use them. I'm not a great breaststroker so I may not be a good judge.
