Friday I reached the 250 mark, but now with Nationals a few weeks away the milage needs to come down a bit to recover from all the yardage done this year.
I was at YMCA Nationals a week ago and my state meet was this past weekend. As a result, my April mileage has dropped (taper). Now comes the hard part, staying engaged. I did take today off but after 18 events in 2 weekends I think my body needs it. Good luck to all. Keep adding those miles.
Good Morning USA. I have a question, is any one having problems getting thru to Mary Sweat ( Go The Distance) to post Aprils ,Or is it only me? DOM IN AZ.:shakeshead: :frustrated:

I did it OK Dom...shoot her a PM here if you can't get through via email.
The April results are up. Still some astonishing distances being put up. Darcy LaFountain leads with 519.69 miles. Denise Brown is second at 490.69. Wow! I also noticed Ms. LaFountain beat her previous monthly best with 159.5 miles total in April. That's 280,720 yards or an average of almost 9,400 per day for the 30 days of the month. :notworthy:
