Good Swim Times? (NO BLOCKS!)

Anyone know of some good times/etc for NON-block starts? Trying to get anywhere near local, school records is crazy unless I jump from the blocks (with rockets on) Currently I can swim say a 50y @ 38s (ALL out) starting in the water. Is this good, bad, etc? What are some good times to shoot for (pace/sprints) and keep in mind that I'm planning on doing sprint and olympic (1k) distances. Thanks!

These are from the last local meet we had. The block in Lane 3 was broken two nights before the meet, so no time to fix it. One of the guys on my team had some exceptional swims without the block--he was the overall winner of ALL the 50's and the 100 IM. Lower Bucks Y Pentathalon Masters Swim Meet 3/4/07 Meyer, Geoffrey (men 24 & under) 50 free 21.96 50 back 25.52 50 *** 30.13 50 fly 23.90 100 IM 54.58
