Feeling Slow

I did my practice yesterday - I felt sooo slow. My times were slower and just felt like I was dragging. I pretty sure the pool I practice is slow any way. I could feel that I was fine in the deep but as soon as you cross the line for the shallow end, man... it was a struggle. Sometime, I feel fine though, my 100's practice time range in the 1:15 - 1:20, but yesterday it's was 1:20 -1:25. What the problem, is it me or what??? Does anyone else get this way??

A bad workout day here and there is par for the course, but when you have several in a row, it's time to rest the body. If this happens to me 3 days in a row, I take 2 days off and BAM, I am back and even better. We have to all figure out when we are excessively fatigued or just going through a bad round of workouts.
