Feeling Slow

I did my practice yesterday - I felt sooo slow. My times were slower and just felt like I was dragging. I pretty sure the pool I practice is slow any way. I could feel that I was fine in the deep but as soon as you cross the line for the shallow end, man... it was a struggle. Sometime, I feel fine though, my 100's practice time range in the 1:15 - 1:20, but yesterday it's was 1:20 -1:25. What the problem, is it me or what??? Does anyone else get this way??

Had a ho-hum swim the other night...things just didn't click. I decided to blame it on the rain. Seriously, it was pouring rain on us and the wind was blowing like nobodies business. In all seriousness, I know that not every practice is going to be better than the last. I find it best to keep my eye on a bigger prize or a bigger goal. While this practice might suck I know that in the grand scheme of things I am making progress and that is what really matters.
