Feeling Slow

I did my practice yesterday - I felt sooo slow. My times were slower and just felt like I was dragging. I pretty sure the pool I practice is slow any way. I could feel that I was fine in the deep but as soon as you cross the line for the shallow end, man... it was a struggle. Sometime, I feel fine though, my 100's practice time range in the 1:15 - 1:20, but yesterday it's was 1:20 -1:25. What the problem, is it me or what??? Does anyone else get this way??

Oh, gotta say I really enjoyed the shower. I'm going tomorrow to work out at the High School. The coach ( my old HS swim coach) lets the masters come in and swim with his aquatics class/team. Maybe I'll have a better swim. I went last week for the first time it was interesting, trying to keep pace with his good swimmers who are maybe 11yrs.old. LOL, I did it though... those young whipper snappers. He wants to start a masters practice in Sept. for those wanting to go to Nationals. People are wanting to go with it being in Austin in '08 it's close to home - only 4 hours away and in West Texas that's just around up the road. But for now I"m try to get readay for April's USA meet here in town.
