Feeling Slow

I did my practice yesterday - I felt sooo slow. My times were slower and just felt like I was dragging. I pretty sure the pool I practice is slow any way. I could feel that I was fine in the deep but as soon as you cross the line for the shallow end, man... it was a struggle. Sometime, I feel fine though, my 100's practice time range in the 1:15 - 1:20, but yesterday it's was 1:20 -1:25. What the problem, is it me or what??? Does anyone else get this way??

    Sounds like it was an off day. Those happen all the time to the best of us. Just keep swimming. If you have a lot of off days in a row you could be hitting a wall. Walls suck! The only thing to do for a wall is just keep swimming and hope it doesn't last too long. Sometimes tapering can help bump you over. Good Luck!!
