We have a few grudge races amongst forum regulars coming up at Colonies Zones. They are:
Muppet vs. Dave Barra: 200 fly
SwimStud vs. Muppet: 50 ***
Fortress vs. SwimmieAvsFan: 50 back

Aww.... Thanks Donna. After I take my pure 500 mg Vitamin B12 tablets with no filler that I'm ordering by Fed Ex and drink some Rock Star, :rofl: , I'll be great. I think you could win the 100 free in the women's 45-49 group hands down. I'm not racing that youthful SwimmieAvsFan person is this event!! Only in the 50 back showdown. Just trying to score points for the team.
My coach said to drink 32 oz of water first think in the morning in lieu of coffee. :eek: :eek: :eek: I think I will have to decline this advice.

HA! Don't know about that 100 free for me, but from the looks from the Psych Sheets, I'd do pretty well in the 1000 and 1650. I'd hurt way too bad trying to sprint a 100 free in 1:10 or better. 1:12 would be more like it for me.
