Is the current trend still the "wave *** stroke" or is there a new technique that is taking its place?

Rich,when does your instructional video"Swim Breaststroke Like the Swimstud" come out.I understand pre-release sales are through the roof:woot: :rofl: :rofl:
After I teach him the proper technique so we can film him. :lolup:
I do wave breaststroke, and definately notice a difference when my wave is on versus not there. It's still the fastest form of *** I've found. Being able to use your body to move the water, definately is better than just feet and hands.
