Swimming in Buffalo NY?

I will be in Buffalo NY from March 29-31 attending a swim meet at the Flickinger Aquatic Center in downtown Buffalo. Does anyone know of masters teams in the area or places to swim in general? I hope to be busy in the am and pm, so I'll have lots of time in the afternoon to workout. Probably no masters practices then, but maybe some good pools nearby? Thanks in advance. :)
