I am going on vacation the last week of March to Sonoma CA and the closest pool I could find is in Napa at the HealthQuest Fitness Center. My contact person says that there is a Masters Swim program that workouts out on Mon/Wed/Fri from 8:30AM-9:30 AM.
Anyone familiar with this facility/club? Mind if I join you for a few workouts?

The Masters program in Napa works out at the Napa Valley College pool early in the morning I think it like 6-8 weekdays and later on the weekends ( they have a website but don't know how up to date it is ). Healthquest has a pretty nice pool, no gutters and sometimes crowded. Queen of the Valley Hospital just built a huge state of the art fitness center with several pools, i haven't been there yet but hear its nice.
