Fast Twitch: Workouts for sprinters

At the request of Doug Adamavich, I'm about to start a new feature on the Arizona Masters Web site's blog called Fast Twitch. It's not much different from what Ande Rasmussen is doing on this Web site. I won't be weighing myself and I will probably not go into much detail on weightlifting, though. I will post workouts each day (twice a day on the two days a week I do doubles) and add some comments and other stuff. Since the blog on Arizona's site has no place for comments, you are welcome to post your thoughts about my workouts on this thread. My first post is on the blog now. Take a look and I'll see you on the flip side. Jeff

  • Yes, Paul, I'm doing a 100 fly in front of more than 50 people. It'll be my first 100 fly and 100 free shaved ... in my life. Come back and laugh when you do a 100 *** at nationals. Jeff.....you make me proud! See the good thing for you about fly (vs. back) is the only time the crowd will see that duck footed/locked ankle position you have is standing on the blocks!! :thhbbb: See you in two weeks my friend!
